Do you spend your days in an office? Are you in good physical shape, doing your meditation, filtering out blue lights, and just about everything right according to what is currently known, but still don't manage to get a good night's sleep? You could try tiring yourself out working hard in a farm setting.
I would propose that the zen of agritourism is not a simple dude ranch or a casual farm stay, but one where you can flood pillows with drool after having played farm hand doing hard, menial jobs. Like chopping wood, shoveling stuff, picking produce, you name it.
After that, the usual horseback riding is just the cherry on top.
